Driips Academy

Enrolment Agreement and Refund Policy

Effective 7 October 2026

Part A — Student Enrolment Agreement

This agreement is between Driips Learning ("Driips", "we"), which operates Driips Academy at driipscapital.com, and the person who enrols ("you"). By submitting the enrolment form and paying, you agree to it.

1. What you are buying

You are buying access to a written trading curriculum and, on supervised tiers, the supervision described for your tier on the courses page on the day you enrol. Part B lists the tiers and fees.

The curriculum has eight volumes. Volumes 1 to 7 are published. Volume 8, Backtesting, is scheduled for November 2026 and opens to every tier that includes it at no extra charge.

2. Who can enrol

You must be at least 18 years old and enrol in your own name, with an email address and phone number you control.

3. How access works

  1. You submit the enrolment form and receive an enrolment reference.
  2. You pay using the details we send you on WhatsApp.
  3. Once we confirm your payment, we send you an access code for your tier.
  4. You sign in at driipscapital.com/academy with your email and redeem the code.

Your seat is tied to the email address you redeem the code with. Access codes are for the student they were sent to. If a code is shared, we may remove the seats opened with it and issue a new code.

4. Supervised tiers

On Plus, Premium, Charter and Elite, supervision runs for the duration stated for your tier, counted from the start date of your cohort. Session times are announced to the cohort. We may reschedule a session with notice. A session you miss is not refunded or repeated individually.

5. What the curriculum is and is not

The curriculum teaches a trading method. It is education, not financial advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Every concept carries a status label showing whether Driips has tested it. A concept marked UNEXAMINED has been taught but not tested by us. You are responsible for how you use what you learn.

6. No guarantees

Enrolment does not guarantee profit, a funded account, employment, or any trading result. Progression between stages depends on meeting the published assessment criteria.

7. Risk

Trading futures, forex and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss, including losing more than you deposit. Past performance of any model, including those run by Driips, does not predict future results. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.

8. Your conduct

We may suspend or end your access for a serious or repeated breach of this section. Fees already paid are not refunded in that case.

9. Intellectual property

All curriculum text, charts, indicators, specifications and recordings belong to Driips. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use them for your own learning while your access is active.

10. Changes to the curriculum

We correct and extend the curriculum over time. Status labels change as testing is completed. We will not remove a volume your tier includes without replacing it.

11. Your information

We keep your name, email, phone number, country and your reading progress to run your enrolment and support you. We do not sell it. You can ask us to correct or delete it by email.

12. Contact

Email academy@driipscapital.com or message the Driips WhatsApp number shown on the courses page.

13. Governing law

This agreement, the Fee Schedule and the Refund Policy are governed by the laws of Uganda. If you have a complaint, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be heard by the courts of Uganda.

14. Your legal rights

Nothing in this agreement removes a right the law gives you that cannot be waived by agreement.
